A Study on Tourists’ Perceived Value, Service Quality, Satisfaction and Revisit Intention - A Case of Sunrise Park in Hualien Fishing Harbor / 遊客對知覺價值、服務品質、滿意度與重遊意願之研究-以花蓮漁港向日廣場為例

Domestic spots fill with crowd and roads are congested with vehicles during consecutive holidays. Be aware of this trend, Toruism industries seizes the opportunity and make the Leisure and tourism industry full of vitality. But nowadays, this type of entertainment can’t satisfy the fickle tourist. Tourism industries which combin maritime recreations with the visit to fishing port in where tourists can enjoy seafoods are more popular. This research studys Sunrise Park in Hualien Fishing Harbor as a main point, and find out if the tourist satisfied with the quality of service and facilities there. According to it, tourism operators can improve the surrounding in line with the tourist expects and lift up the tourist aspiration to visit again.
This study aims to discuss the relationship among Perceived Value, Service Quality, Satisfaction and Revisit Intention. The subjects of this study were tourists in Sunrise Park in Hualien Fishing Harbor, there are 450 questionnaires, 417 are recycle and 386 are valid, effective return rate is 92.5%. The obtained data was analyzed by reliability and validity analysis, demographic variable analysis, T-test, One-way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation and Path analysis using SPSS statistical analysis software.
