碩士 / 國立臺灣海洋大學 / 海洋環境資訊系 / 105 / National Museum of Marine Science & Technology (NMMST) was opening in January 2014, and certified as environmental education facilities and field in May 2015. NMMST designs environmental education courses with marine environmental education characteristics to have it become an environmental field for outdoor education in Keelung. This questionnaire survey is proceeded to understand the perceived service quality and satisfaction to elementary school teachers in Keelung using NMMST as the outdoor education place. The teachers of 42 elementary schools in Keelung are sampled for the survey. Total 881 copies of questionnaire are distributed, and 484 valid copies are retrieved, with a retrieval rate 54.9%. The research results reveal that teachers no matter age, position, and school size present consistent attitudes towards overall satisfaction, education and entertainment, tangible and reliability, care and empathy, assurance and responsiveness, and convenience. The interviewed male teachers show higher satisfaction than female ones on the interior and exhibition design of NMMST; the teachers with the seniority within 5 years appear better satisfaction on interior design and overall satisfaction; the teachers with university/college degrees show the highest satisfaction with the museum staff; the teachers of the compulsory education counseling group present higher perception on convenience and overall satisfaction; the teachers in Ren-ai District reveal higher satisfaction with convenience than those in other districts; and the teachers with twice outdoor education and 3-4 visit hours show higher satisfaction. The teachers taking buses appear higher satisfaction on the museum staff, and the teachers acquiring the information of NMMST from the website present better satisfaction on the museum staff and overall satisfaction.
