碩士 / 國立臺灣海洋大學 / 航運管理學系 / 105 / With the increasing global warming and resource depletion, number of countries are exploring how to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and slow down resource consumption. Because of the restriction of government decrees and the concepts of sustainable development, enterprises begin to focus on the issue of environmental protection, and set up the relevant green goals and implement the relevant green measures. Green supply chain is a new concept in recent years, its purpose is making the entire supply chain to minimize negative impact and achieve the highest efficiency of resource utilization. At present, many green supply chain researches almost focus on buyers and sellers, and discuss upstream and downstream business cooperation. The transport process is an important part of the supply chain, which will consume energy and produce pollution in the process of handling the cargo. The maritime transportation chains are in line with the trend of sustainable development, through the development of a complete green transportation chain objectives, and selection of appropriate transportation chain operators to conduct strategic cooperation. It not only can improve the efficiency of operation process as well as effectively reduce costs and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises, but also protect the environment and reduce resource consumption.
This study is based on the perspective of maritime transport chain operators; it uses the structural equation modeling（SEM） to explore the relationship among the goals of the transportation chain, the selection of partners and the green performance of enterprises. The results indicate that the goals of green transportation chain have positive effects on partner selection and green performance evaluation. Therefore, the transportation chain operators have to properly implement the relevant green goals and measures to make themselves more competitive in the market.
