碩士 / 國立臺北教育大學 / 數位科技設計學系(含玩具與遊戲設計碩士班) / 105 / In terms of the Department of Data Processing in vocational high schools, computer programming is a much more difficult subject. It will be a challenge for both teachers and students. In view of this, teachers will assist students to learn with the existing or self-designed teaching materials, such as board games which are suitable as a learning tool. Currently the programming board game are mostly focus on logic or arithmetic, more lack of integrating the programming syntax with the games, which with that could help students to learn programming syntax schema when playing the Board game. The design of programming board game "Poseidon War" is to enable students to achieve learning objectives by playing board games. The design is using ADDIE model. The board game was experimented by 48 students in one of the vocational high schools in Taipei City. The result of the study shows that students in programming have made significant progress. Teaching with board game definitely stimulates students' learning motivation as well as increases their satisfaction, and both are highly correlated. The research is recommended to be a reference for teaching in the future.
