碩士 / 國立臺東大學 / 進修部暑期學校行政碩士班 / 104 / The purpose of the study was to explore teachers’overseas experience and international education on impacts of low cost carriers. Qualitativein-depth interview method was used to interview 10 teachers of elementary and junior high schools between march and April of 2016. The respondents were well educated, 25-38 years of age, with 1-10 times of Low Cost Carriers and overseas experiences. The results indicated that the respondents are aware of the risk of low cost carries, also bear the risk. Overseas experience make learning independent、flexible work、values change、open-minded and cherish all existing. And lastly, the teachers of elementary and junior high schools perceived an lower level on cognition of international education；There were significant distinctions among teachers’ cognition of international education according to teachers’ school locations. The teachers were able to integration into teaching with their overseas experience opportunely. Suggestions were made for education administrating,
travel industry and future research.
