A Case Study of Foreign Investment on 3C Repair Company / 3C維修企業海外投資之個案研究

碩士 / 國立臺灣科技大學 / 財務金融研究所 / 105 / India has become the new focus of international companies entering emerging markets in recent years, and Taiwan government proposed India in "New Southbound Policy" in 2016. Since 10 years ago, there are many international 3C manufacturers entered the Indian market because of optimistic about the long term development in India. In recent years new mobile phone brand factory from Mainland China also entered Indian market. Some brands were imported goods from foreign country to India but now they directly build their own factories, and some expended their factories. A case study of the company entered the Indian market and set up a branch to operate an after service repair industry in year 2007.
This study is combined foreign investment motivations from the collected literature review with the case company. To study and analyze personal computers and mobile phones by primary service of company in India not only for internal strength and weakness but external opportunity and threat to understand the competitive advantage in a new market. The conclusions and recommendations of this study can be a reference for someone who would like to enter in India market.
