Therefore, this study by “the labor market risk” the theory, which risk does analyze the youth to go to the overseas employment process bitter experience, and gives the corresponding employment assistance, lets the youth be able to develop smoothly in the overseas employment.
The study found that working holiday risk is Job search risk, Labor contract risk, Labor exploitation risk, Discrimination risk, Accommodation risk, Medical risk and Illegal intermediary risk. And, overseas employment risk is Job search risk, Visa risk, Cultural differences in the workplace, The defects of the local social system, Medical risk and General discrimination risk.
In accordance with the results of the risk analysis, the government should provide assistance is labor law consultation, collect job information, employment assistance, the agency is responsible for the content of the contract, he development of overseas employment pipeline and apply for local documents, these can help young people to work abroad more smoothly.
