Effects of Graphene Oxide on Embryonic Development in Zebrafish / 氧化石墨烯對斑馬魚胚胎的影響

碩士 / 中國文化大學 / 化學系應用化學碩士班 / 105 / Graphene Oxide is currently used to make nanomaterials that are often used, in order to confirm whether the graphene oxide will affect the human, in this experiment, we used zebrafish embryos to test the toxicity of graphene oxide, and the apoptosis pathway was detected by anti-caspase-3 antibody. We added different concentrations of graphene oxide in the zebrafish embryo culture medium, to determine whether oxidized graphene can induce apoptosis in zebrafish embryos, and every 24 hours to observe the zebrafish embryos have any physical changes. After observation, the concentration of graphene oxide is increased, will cause zebrafish embryonic mortality ascension, but a clear pathway we have not yet determined, the need to observation and experiment continuous.
