Successful Configuration and Implementation of ERP Systems: A Case Study of a Foreign Subsidiary Company / 海外子公司導入ERP系統之系統設計與執行研究

碩士 / 靜宜大學 / 資訊管理學系 / 105 / In this thesis, we study the configuration and implementation of ERP systems for an overseas subsidiary corporation. Many aspects of importing ERP systems are analyzed in the study, such as the problems encountered in the processes of implementing ERP systems. In addition, the solutions and decision for dealing with the cultural differences and the tax treatment are also presented. The critical factors for successful implementation of ERP systems are also discussed in this study. The case study in this thesis provides the guidance for the business sector to adopt ERP systems.
