碩士 / 靜宜大學 / 觀光事業學系 / 105 / Rich, fresh and diverse seafood of Taiwan's fishing ports are the biggest incentive to attract the tourists to fishing ports. The purpose of this study is to analyze the problems encountered by the development of Taiwanese fishing port tourism. Moreover, to explore on the gourmet tourism of fishing port's introducing service innovation by the combination of tour products and marketing to approach the difficulty of fishing ports. This study focus on qualitative research method-literature analysis and one-to-one in-depth interviews as well were taken. Interviewed with the 11 experts in industrial, government, and academia field in the gourmet tourism of fishing port's introducing service innovation of Taiwan. Some analysis results are found such as “Food: bad fishing environment & poor quality meals”, “Lodges: insufficient B & B”, “Shopping: similar to all the first-meeting-time gifts”, as well as “Entertainment: the lack of overall planned recreational activities” etc. after the compilation of the literature and expert interviews. Therefore, this paper proposes a tourism products from the aspects of "food, lodges, shopping, entertainment" for the fishing ports of Taiwan which contains "service innovation environment, layout and catering", "experience the fishing village, the real B & B", "the greenest sea food and courteous service", "creative imagination, fishing village multi-experience activities". Following the above, to the further development of marketing mixtures which could be suitable for fishing port food and sightseeing new services including "Food: to service innovation and food at ease", "Lodge: to revive the fishing village and experience the old-time taste”, "Shopping: with convenient store and good food", "Entertainment: multiple eating ways for one fish, and is interesting to eat." Finally, the outputs of gourmet tourism of fishing port's introducing service innovation are combined by the "Food: gourmet paradise, the tongue on the Waltz", "Lodges: free life on B & B, fishing village style, now and then", "Shopping: unique seafood taste, local food for generals", "Entertainment: experience of fishing and amusement, rich creativity and connotation". Hoping the study results could promote the purchase intention from visitors to Taiwan's fishing ports, so that Taiwan's fishing ports could be sustainable development and create a new scenario to Taiwan's fishing ports.
