The Transformational Process of Turning A Community-based NPO into A Social Enterprise – Take INDIGO in Shanghai for Example / 非營利組織轉型社會企業模式發展之研究─以上海湛藍公益為例

碩士 / 世新大學 / 企業管理研究所(含碩專班) / 105 / Non-profit organizations are not for profit purposes, there is to assist the government to provide more public services, especially for the disadvantaged groups to protect the basic rights, but because of many restrictions led to operation of non-profit organizations often voluntary failure phenomenon, but in the world of social enterprises are regarded as the most immediate release mechanism. Therefore, effective, the approach of case study, the non-profit organization, rehabilitation training and employment ability training to support older IUGR Shanghai blue public as an example, through literature analysis and interviews, and stand in the perspective of organizational change transformation of social enterprise development of nonprofit organization.
We found that non-profit organization change mode of operation development of social enterprises can play a greater efficiency in public welfare activities, but not every nonprofit organizations have transition conditions, therefore should be taken with the Progressive Alliance Mode to reduce the risk, at the same time with the well-known enterprise cooperation to promote venture philanthropy to accumulate transformation experience, the value and the operation of non-profit organizations so it can implement the purpose of social enterprise.
