However, with the world-famous express companies such as Fedex, UPS, DHL, and TNT all flooding into China, Chinese domestic express delivery companies are facing enormous competitive. In order to respond to the international logistics giants, Youjian International Logistics is based on an electronic and intelligent operation platform. It attracts domestic small and medium-sized logistics companies to join in, cooperates with shopping network stations, seizes the online shopping market opportunities, and realizes logistics, business flow, cash flow, as wellas information flow, four-in-one strategy. This study conducted a case study on the blue ocean logistics strategy implemented by Youjian International Logistics Co., analyzed the current situation of the air express delivery market in China, and proposed that the express companies in the Greater China region should face the competition strategy of the international logistics giants. The study first analyzed the online shopping market in China and understood the independent relationship between online shopping and express logistics industry. Then, we analyzed the needs of Youjian, further introduced its operating model. The SWOT analysis was based on the characteristics of Youjian and explained its operational strategy of blue ocean logistics. Finally, the specific implementation and application of this strategy were described. The study found that the blue ocean logistics strategy could provide a reference for other domestic small and medium-sized logistics enterprises, and played a positive role in the realization of the alliance's response to the competition of international air express delivery companies in China.
