The Impact of Personality Traits, Motivations, and Constraints on Participation Intention of Overseas Working Holiday / 人格特質、參與動機、阻礙因素對海外打工度假參與意願影響之研究

碩士 / 世新大學 / 資訊傳播學研究所(含碩專班) / 105 / In recent years, Working Holiday has become a widely discussed topic in the society.
In order to study the relationship between willingness to participate and motivations, constraints to Working Holiday for the teenagers, and at the same time, to explore whether their participate to Working Holiday is affected by their personality traits, this study is aimed to further explore the influence of personality traits, motivations, constraints on Working Holiday in order to produce an assessment report for participants who are considering to enroll.
In this study, questionnaire was use to collect the research materials, and participated by those who were aged between 18 to 35 years which were eligible to apply for Working Holiday.
The result of the study shows that personal information has a significant influence to the personality trait of a person while personal information has a significant influence in the motivations, constraints and willingness to participate in Working Holiday.
Between the influence of personality traits, motivations and constraints on the willingness to participate, different personality traits have significant influence on willingness to participate, while different motivations and constraints have significant influence on the willingness to participate.
