碩士 / 樹德科技大學 / 經營管理研究所 / 105 / The research is to discuss how professional capability of diving assistant effects student performance in recreational diving course, according to feedback from certifi-cated divers who just finished diving course, we review professional capability of diving assistant based on 4 representatives of Professional Knowledge, Professional Skills and Attitude, Professional Skills and Risk Management and Rescue. The student per-formance is reviewed by Knowledge, Understanding and Diving Skills learning from diving assistant. This research is based on Questionnaire, we released the research to 400 divers and received them from 355 divers. We present the result based on Descriptive Statistics, t-test, One-way ANOVA, Pearson product moment correlation.
The results are as follows:
Most of cerificated divers are male, education degree levels are university, diving experience is less than 1 year and diving logs are less than 10 dives. Most are Open Water Divers. 4 representatives of professional capability are related to study performance, especially Risk Management and Rescue. Others are also effected to student’s diving performance.Student’s diving performance is related to knowledge,undersating and skills learning from assistant,especially knowledge and skills, studentcan learn better from porfessional assistant
