碩士 / 南臺科技大學 / 企業管理系 / 105 / Operational risk management is a continual cyclic six-step process which includes risk identification, risk evaluation, risk analysis, risk decision making, implementation of risk controls, and supervision and review, which results in acceptance, mitigation, or avoidance of risk, and achieves the goal of zero accidents. The research studies the implementation of operational risk management to the aircraft canopy maintenance process in Tainan airport. “Operational Risk Management Integration Tool” software package was used to evaluate and analyze the aircraft canopy maintenance process since 2010, and this study shows that there were 1.4 maintenance accidents per year before promoting operational risk management in Tainan airport, and there were no maintenance accidents from 2010 to 2016.
