Researchers and the Taipei Municipal Government Fire Bureau Education and Training Center officials discussed for many a time. Eventually, they made a deal of the guideline of courses. This technique report would be presented to students who engaged the rescue diving training center in 102-year. The purpose of training case is going to improve the capability of salvage under water and related knowledge. The course will be held for 8 hours of a day until 12 days. The total training is 96 hours. There are two kinds of courses. Both of them are about calm water courses and openness water courses. The location of training assessment will be underwater below Taipei Bridge. The test event is the 20 meters offshore, the water depth of 6 to 12 meters, invisible vision of the water, the rope alone fan shape search. This training course has been included into the Taipei City Government Fire Department scuba diving search salvage regular course. And they also set up the group of diving search salvage to deal the need of tasks in the future. In addition, researchers will take into consideration by according to the degree of difficulty for three levels. The policy has been formerly incorporated into the related course from Taipei Municipal Government Fire Department as an advanced consideration. The students will be assigned the level which fits them. After they passed the exam, then will receive the certificate of salvage rescue diving.
