City, has developed over the past decade and continues to thrive, in our legislation after a year on the road,city, all of its data, or existing provisions are matters worthy of our reference.The purpose of this paper will be our third party payment development and comparative study of the city,of course, and developed methods of comparison, identify shortcomings and reinforcement, expect this third party payment services law has been implemented to make modest contributions.
