The study is starting from Qing Dynasty Li Yu and his Xian Qing Ou Ji and trying to understand Li Yu's life story. Then, trying to connect Li Yu to the presenting time and combine the similar thinking with Taiwan’s cultural and creative industries. Looking forward to provide some different ideas to the related industries.
Secondly, from cultural and creative industries and publishing industry to explore the role of intellectual property rights.Then by discussing the infringement, piracy and other related cases in Taiwan to emphasize the importance of intellectual property rights.
