Database is used and an integral part in daily life today, and is the research in data capture and analysis described in the SQL programs. Therefore, this study explores the design a platform that can effectively solve the easy way to quickly and easily retrieve enterprise internal and external information so to instantly and quickly capture information on the cloud platform. By using Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2 and Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 as a user interface development tool, and data is further screenshot and uploaded to the cloud. After the advent of Web2.0 era, faced with a large number of real-time data transmission timeliness, the lightweight portable electronic products, such as mobile phones and tablets are connected to the cloud to download and solve cumbersome and time-consuming laptops in the past to take and frequently write operations, and also enterprises in the competitive market can efficiently meet the current rapidly changing market.
SQL can be multi-level field expansion and search, identify the data fields to meet customers and corporate internal requirement, and evaluate the internal evaluation and analysis for a different customer and product bases to effectively acquire all data differences so that the demand users can aggregate once information.
