碩士 / 亞洲大學 / 經營管理學系碩士在職專班 / 105 / This study applies techniques for order preference similarity ideal solution (TOPSIS) method to explore the optimal food supplier for Kelp industry. The result of this study shows that Supplier 5 is the optimal supplier in terms of five suppliers overall performance with respect to four evaluation criteria (quality, delivery, service and production area) through three experts evaluated. The result of this study can be a reference to strengthen their own conditions for the food industry, and food manufacturer in future, so as to improve the quality and competitiveness of the whole food industry.
