model enter tech orientation as technology-intensive industry. By integrating
technology skills, knowledge, and information, the small and medium enterprises
(SEM) transformed original equipment manufacturing (OEM) to original design
manufacturing (ODM). Further, some SEM have engaged design and innovation in
their own products, even creating the brands as well as marketing, market operation,
and customer relationships. The paper is to study the value chain in A companies’ new
creating diving flashlight and uses house of quality (HOQ) to discuss quality function
development (QFD). The results show the value of each qualitative factor including
the list. For most critical key factors in aluminum alloy diving flashlight that is about
the supplier’s material and supplier’s technology. And other important factors are
following by size, shape, antihypertensive, and anticorrosion etc… The whole
research results lets A company further understand the key factors of producing
aluminum alloy diving flashlight.
