碩士 / 環球科技大學 / 公共事務管理研究所 / 105 / This study is mainly focus on the investigating power of Coast Guard Reconnaissance Brigade、National Police Administration and Criminal Units. The comparison among these units of Drug investigation’s affairs about three facets: legal basis、general management development、reward of performance. This research has developed the following conclusion.
First, comparison of legal basis, Coast Guard Reconnaissance Brigades have lack of the legally empowered clarity and initiative.
Second, comparison of general management development, Coast Guard Reconnaissance Brigades have lack of the integrity of organizational culture and the power unified.。
Last, Coast Guard Reconnaissance Brigades are clearly better than National Police Administration when it comes to drug investigate, but the reward of performance has different facets depend on which unit is the organizer of the action.
