碩士 / 國立雲林科技大學 / 營建工程系 / 106 / There is generally a lack of knowledge on project management for sewage pipeline development. To explore the reasons, its believed that the owner has constantly lacks a well-designed project management, which includes application of vertical unity and horizonal communication among the team. Hence, resulting a delay in deadline, quality defect, and being overbudget. The goal of this research is to fully utilize the 10 main principles in project management, build a structure and related excel sheet that are applicable and professional. We hope this research project can help the hirer analyze the pros and cons, and effectively improve on product quality and reach our final goal.
