Preparation and Application of Highly Adsorption Graphene Substrate Sponge / 具高吸附性能海綿狀石墨烯基材之製備與應用

碩士 / 國防大學理工學院 / 化學工程碩士班 / 106 / The graphene oxide colloidal solution was prepared according to the modified Hummers method, further, the 3D graphene sponge (GS) was employed hydrothermal method. Fabrication of coupled hydrophilic melamine and hydrophobic graphene 3D sponge (G/MS) used simple coating method. In the same, adding ammonia to prepare nitrogen-doped graphene sponge (N,GS) and nitrogen-doped graphene-coupled melamine sponge (N,G/MS). In order to enhance the hydrophobicity, the dispersive carbon black in THF was immersed repeatedly five times to make enough adhere on the surface of G/MS (C/G/MS) and N,G/MS (C/N,G/MS). The absorption capacities of oils and dyes were evaluated with weight method and UV spectrophotometer. Due to the difference in the main structure of series of GS and MS, the carbon black/ THF-modified C/G/MS and C/N,G/MS prefer on the decontamination of oils, while the MS skeleton is poor. While, in addition to the removal of oils, both GS and N,GS possess high surface area and facilitate the decontamination of dye.
