Because the embarrassment of the TransAsia Airways plane crashed accident, the forward command post needed to manage and dispatch acquired equipment from each branch. Moreover, the devices were obviously in the replacement period.
However, the purpose of this study is that if these Forward Command Equipment Transport Trucks could exert their function in the severe disaster, and improve the efficiency and speed of the rescue to ensure the property and lives of people. This research interviewed the rescue personnel at all levels, and discussed the importance of forward command post establishing and the equipment of Forward Command Equipment Transport Truck. Used the method of Military Simulation to re-emerge the TransAsia Airways plane crashed accident, deeply understood the role played by forward command post and its impact of disaster rescue.
This study discovered the establishing speed of the command post by Forward Command Equipment Transport Truck, which could affect the rescue efficiency. Hope this study can provide the reference to each city government and attach importance to the establishing timing of forward command post, promoting the rescue speed.
