碩士 / 中華大學 / 行政管理學系 / 106 / The term "resignation" refers to individuals leaving their posts. In order to understand the phenomenon of Coast Guard Personnel, recruited through Coast Guard Special Examination, transferring to other government agencies, this study examines two factors that are correlated to the intent to resign: the organizational culture of the Coast Guard Administration and the job satisfaction of the personnel recruited through special examination.
In this study, a questionnaire was used to study the Coast Guard personnel recruited through Special Examination. A total of 140 questionnaires were sent out, and 98 valid questionnaires were obtained after removing questionnaires with too many omissions or that were otherwise invalid. Complex Multiple Regression Analysis was carried out using IBM SPSS statistical software. Research results show:
First, the intent to resign of the respondents is more than half.
Second, a high proportion of the Cost Guard Administration has a hierarchical organizational culture.
Third, the terms of employment affect the intention of personnel to resign.
Fourth, the hierarchical organizational culture is more influential than job satisfaction on the intent to resign by the personnel recruited through the special examination.
Based on the findings of this study, we put forward relevant proposals for reference by authorities and future researchers.
