碩士 / 中華大學 / 科技管理學系 / 106 / The study aims to investigate the relationship between the cognition about learning community and teaching effectiveness of pilot elementary school teachers in New Taipei City. The research subjects are teachers of pilot schools in New Taipei City; analyze the differences and cognitions about learning community concept for teachers with different backgrounds. The research method is questionnaire designed by the author called “Questionnaire on Cognition and Teaching Effectiveness about Learning Community for Teachers of Pilot Elementary Schools in New Taipei City”. The research subjects are teachers of pilot schools of 2017 academic year in New Taipei City. The questionnaires are distributed to 27 school; 335 questionnaires are sent; 324 questionnaires are retrieved; 314 valid samples with 93.7% valid rate.
Use statistical analysis methods to these data, the conclusions are as follows: 1.The level of cognition about learning community for pilot schools teachers in New Taipei City is medium-high degree. 2.Teachers with different background show a significant difference of cognition about learning community. 3.The level of teaching effectiveness about learning community for pilot schools teachers in New Taipei City is high degree. 4.Teachers with different background show a significant difference of teaching effectiveness about learning community. 5.There is a mean positive correlation between cognition and teaching effectiveness about learning community for pilot schools teachers in New Taipei City. 6.According to the results, some suggestions are provided to educational authority, learning community related schools and teachers, and future research.
