Analysis of Negative Comments of Shopee Sellers' Experience / 蝦皮購物賣家使用經驗之負向評論分析

碩士 / 中華大學 / 科技管理學系 / 106 / Since Shopee is emerging as an important figure in the field of e-commerce and is expected to become the leader in mobile shopping, it will be beneficial to identify the parts of this online shopping platform that could be improved. Hence, the aim of this research is to examine the negative comments of Taiwanese sellers of Shopee based on their experience in order to ascertain the future direction and advise Shopee and others in the e-commerce industry of the key points for the improvement of their policy. The Interpretive Phenomenology of Qualitative Research was used as the research method and 1,292 negative comments were collected from Google Play and PTT e-Seller in February 2018. A Thematic Analysis was used to analyses the data. Five factors were identified from the results: (1) product flow, (2) information flow, (3) service flow, (4) cash flow, and (5) material flow. These results provide data for a discussion and suggestions related to the seller's services by mobile electric business operators.
