Trader Foreign Market Entry and Management-A Case Study of Y Company in Brazil / 中介貿易商海外市場進入與經營-以巴西Y公司為例

碩士 / 致理科技大學 / 國際貿易系碩士班 / 106 / In this study, we aim to respond that how does Trader (without own manufacture factory) entry emerging market and develop unique strategies to cope with rapidity of economic and political change in emerging economies (EMs). However, Economic environment change rapidly, and advancement of technology force companies to reconsider that how they to survive under this tough environment.This research mainly uses Case study to explain it and summarize some conclusion:
1. In order to reduce risk of uncentain market, trader tend to collect local business information , build organication and businnese cooperation by using genetically-related person or same race,however because of self-interest the result showed negative effect.
2. In order to increase product differentiation and avoid of price war situation, trader estimate their own resources such as customer,maket knowhow and supply chain then decide to manage one product with higher market acceptable and lower competitor, to build own-brand with difference prices.
3. In order to build own-brand, trader create own-supply chain base on existing long cooperated factory that could decrease communication cost and stabilize the quality. Also set up Taiwanese procurement section in order to assist foreign sales section.Moreover, use the dealer management with short-contract (1~2years) and continue to assess their ability and credit.
