碩士 / 長榮大學 / 土地管理與開發學系碩士班 / 106 / This study proposes an assessment of the firefighting and disaster relief capability assessment framework for the port area by a hierarchical scoring method and an analytic hierarchy process (AHP). This assessment framework has four assessment items: organization operation, equipment facilities, training support and The monitoring strain has been evaluated by 17 current impact factors and written data, and the multi-faceted evaluation indicators have been used to obtain an index of 6.8 (out of 10) for the disaster prevention capability of the port area of Anping Port. Such an index is between good and ordinary. Therefore, according to the conclusions of this study: (1) The port area should continue to improve the acquisition and function of the disaster information notification system; (2) the port area should be adequately organized for firefighting and relief personnel. The number of places, and to improve the manpower to supplement the response and other recommendations for reference.
