While reviewing the changes, growth, and development that have taken place since the 1990s, we look to the future development prospects. Among them, in order to respond to the special political situation of the two sides of the Taiwan Strait and the possible war in the Taiwan Strait, the " Transition Between Peace and War " that is listed as a political goal will be discussed through comparison, inspection and analysis with major powers to discuss the possibility of realization and a clearer direction and path.
The United States is a complete Coast Guard system. Its Coast Guard has a long history of development and military status. Its personnel, training, equipment, and energy are all leaders in the world. Japan is a large island nation surrounded by the sea, and the Coast Guard Institutions and training have an excellent tradition to follow. Their response to the situation that they encountered and their surrounding situation are similar from Taiwan. China have special political relations with us. They believe that Taiwan is an inalienable part of China and its influence is growing in the international. Every move will affect our policy guidelines, such as the transition between peace and war. In addition, the China Coast Guard and our Coast Guard are also post-integration maritime patrol agencies. Their operational implementation is the focus of attention of neighboring countries.
Nowadays, our plan to build a ship with the “Development Plan for the Building Coast Guard Craft ” specifically define the transition between peace and war in order to protect the country from the various threats from the China. We can see that the United States and Japan are countries that have strong energy at sea. We should observe and use the experience and advantages of other countries as well, and even study the mechanism and energy of China, and treat them with their own ways. It has established a plan that is unique to our Coast Guard .
