The purpose of this study is understand the development of the China and Taiwan Artistic Gymnastics,training modes and to compare and analyze the similarities and differences between the two,hoping to benefit the development of the two sides of the gymnastics competition.The research method adopts qualitative research,through historical review,literature exploration and interviews with advanced players,coaches and players in various fields in both side.
The study found that：
1.The national management system directly affects the cultivation of sports talents;
2.There should be multiple thinking is sports training;
3.Improve the participation efficiency of each competition;
4.The personnel training mechanism needs to have corresponding supplementary measures;
5.The scientific research support is should be continued and enhanced;
6.Optimize resettlement measures for retired players;
7.Activate grass-roots sports participant in the gross population;
8.Optimize coaching and resource management.
Hereby we suggest connecting systems of each status to further strengthen the overall strategy for the development of gymnastics.
