碩士 / 義守大學 / 工業管理學系 / 106 / This study investigated the relationship of demographic factors and aberrant driv-ing Behavior for the military transport personnel.Questionnaires were analyzed to a use-able sample of 150 from the military transport personnel.It adopted SPSS software to conduct statistical analyses, such as the Descriptive Analysis, Reliability Analysis, Inde-pendent-Sample t test and One-way ANOVA.
The results showed that the independent variable as age.Younger drivers are vul-nerable to emotional stress; older and higher military class drivers are relatively better at driving skills; higher military class drivers also have better performance in the prevention and handling irregularities. According to the research results, it proposed rele-vantsuggestions as the reference for the future reachers.
