碩士 / 義守大學 / 資訊管理學系 / 106 / This study mainly discusses the relationship between volunteers'' job satisfaction and willingness to stay in the Coastal Patrol agency.
The research is based on qualitative analysis and detailed interview with basic level, voluntary Soldiers that are currently stationed at the Southern Coastal Patrol Office headquarters.This research hopes to find out the mainly reason which influences the Job Satisfaction and Retention Willings of Voluntary Soldiers. We also expect the result will provide reference for personnel of Coastal Patrol agency in personnel policy and organization management plan, in order to establish a good working atmosphere, personnel promotion and welfare system, so that talents can remain in the Coastal Patrol agency.
The findings are as follows:
1. The guidance of superiors directly affects the job satisfaction and willingness of Voluntary Soldiers
2. The organizational pattern of basic units in Coastal Patrol agency is more advantageous, which can help improve job satisfaction.
3. The salary of Voluntary Soldiers is affirmed, but the treatment of Voluntary Soldiers still need to improve.
4. Improving the chances of promotion will help increase the willingness of Voluntary Soldiers to stay.
