In view of the restructuring of the Executive Yuan, the Coast Guard Administration of the Executive Yuan (hereinafter referred to as the Marine Patrol Department) is also in the area of reform. The administrative agencies have been reorganized into three-tier administrative agencies, and the Coast Guard Administration has been reorganized into a four-tier agency from a third-tier authority. Coastal patrols are an important part of national security maintenance. The Taiwan region is surrounded by the sea and contains 1,820 kilometers of coastline on the outlying islands. China’s shoreline coastal patrol services rely on manpower 24 hours a day and 24 hours a year. Coast patrols consist of three types of personnel: military, police, and literary personnel. Their current major human resources and military personnel (64% of the total number of people).
In recent years, due to changes in national policies, the promotion of the military recruitment system has resulted in the transformation of the entire military service system, from the conscription system to the recruitment system, and it is necessary to be able to maintain people’s safety and maintain the coastal patrol service energy. Must recruit enough volunteer soldiers, to complete this major task, of course, we must establish a professional recruitment team. Marine patrol officers are the first line of contact with the public on behalf of the government. They often affect the people''s perception of the government because of their performance. Therefore, this study explores the recruitment of talent recruitment centers as a study of satisfaction, and then puts forward relevant suggestions and measures to enhance recruitment performance. And help the unit to develop and formulate strategies for the promotion of recruiting and marketing, improve recruitment performance, and stabilize the basic human resources.
This study focused on in-depth interviews. The scope of the study was based on volunteer volunteers from the grassroots region of the southern region of the sea, and targeted the Volunteers of the seventh-gradation Volunteers of the 106th year. The results of the study cannot be completely extrapolated to other rank volunteers (including females). Military personnel), whether the results of their research can be applied to the maritime patrol offices in the country or elsewhere, there is still room for further research.
Therefore, the sample of this study must be those who are willing to participate in this study and have contact with the sea patrols to provide guidance to the staff of the seventh-grader voluntary service in the 106th year of the sea patrol grassroots service as the main invitee of the researcher, and in order to try to Achieving the research goal and considering the scope of the study are the four brigades of the island belonging to the Southern Patrol Bureau. According to the above principles, the researchers take the respondents to provide the breadth of “depth” and “diversity of social reality” and choose the right one. Six people were interviewed, hoping to learn about the recruiter''s satisfaction with the recruiting service of the volunteers who applied for registration as volunteers. The results of the study found that the average age of the volunteers on the seventh ladder of the 106-year-old interview was 19 years old. The Office of the Marine Patrol, one of whom graduated from college, was married unmarried.
According to interview results of six interviewees, it was found that recruitment quality and value significantly affect satisfaction, and service satisfaction directly affects behavioral intentions.
