The Study of Acceptance Rate of Recruitment in The Metro Corporation by Logistic Regression / 運用邏輯斯迴歸分析法探討公司新人招募 考取機率以某捷運公司為例

碩士 / 開南大學 / 商學院碩士在職專班 / 106 / The case is part of the public investment enterprises. Their staff are not public servants, but enjoying a certain degree of benefits and security. In order to meet the manpower demand immediately after the opening of the operation, the case in 2017 held a new recruitment examination. The study discussed the impact of the basic information of candidates on the results of recruitment examination. The logistic regression model was used to analyze the probation rate of recruitment examination. The study would understand how the basic information which included age, education and experience of candidates impact the probation rate. The empirical analysis in the light of candidates who enter secondary examination, through the analysis would understand the age, degrees and residence of the candidates’ probability of admission. In age, the older had lower probability of admission. In degrees, candidates who were master degree had the highest probability of admission. In residence, the eastern part had the highest probability of admission, followed by the northern, the southern and the central part.
