碩士 / 開南大學 / 觀光運輸學院碩士在職專班 / 106 / This study was to explore the relationship between leisure participation and leisure constraints for labor. The survey focusing on labor in Taoyuan Luzhu Haihu Kengkou Industrial Park included 420 questionnaires and 364 valid questionnaires. The data analysis methods included the descriptive statistics, independent t-test, one-way analysis of variance, Scheffe method, and correlation. The analysis results reveal that
1. For the labor, the main leisure participation is the relaxing , and the main leisure constraint is the structure constraint.
2. The leisure participation for the labor significantly differs with the gender, education, the number of children, shift, job category and monthly income.
3. The leisure constraint for the labor significantly differs with the gender, age, education, the number of children, shift and monthly income.
4.The leisure participation had no significant correlation with leisure constraint.
