Applications of Taguchi and Uniform Design to Optimize the Parameters of Squid Scale Removal / 應用田口及均勻設計法於鱸魚去鱗機之參數設計

碩士 / 國立高雄應用科技大學 / 電機工程系博碩士班 / 106 / The purpose of this study is to use high-pressure water column descaling machine to remove fish scales to achieve maximum efficiency.Most current techniques for removing fish scales use conventional gear blades to remove the scales. However, gear blades are prone to wear out over the long term.For the above reasons,the cost of equipment replacement is too high.In order to solve this problem,high pressure water column is used in the experiment to remove the scales.In this experiment salmon was used for testing, and salmon was a very common species.To maximize the descaling rate,use the Taguchi method and uniform design to analyze the control factors and find the best combination.In the first part, the experiment used the Taguchi method,because the scaly rate was maximized, and the LTB was selected, and the edible food color used was applied to the scales and compared with the fish that had not been scaled before. And it calculated the ratio of removing fish scales.The experimental results show that the Taguchi method can effectively find the best combination of control factors and maximize the range of scale removal.In the end,the best descaling rate was 97.8%.
In the second part,the uniform design is used to do the experiment.In view of the improvement of the machine,water will not be sprayed everywhere.The adjustment parameters are also controlled by the computer,and after the completion,the regression analysis is used to find out the better parameter combination and the best solution, after 4 regressions,find the best modeling effect,use the immune algorithm to find the best solution,get the best prediction combination and then do a verification experiment to see the actual experimental results and prediction results.The difference is not great. Finally,the best descaling rate was 96.41%.
