碩士 / 國立高雄應用科技大學 / 觀光與餐旅管理研究所 / 106 / The purpose of this study was to investigate the tourist attraction, the experiential value, and the revisit intentions of the “Milkfish Cultural Festival” in Mituo Township, Kaohsiung County. The survey was carried out by giving random questionnaires, asking the tourists how much they knew about the festival and how they felt about it. 387 out of 460 questionnaires were valid. The effective response rate was 84.1%. Several statistical methods were applied, including Factor Analysis, Reliability and Validity Analysis, Descriptive Statistics, t Test, Analysis of Variance (ANOVA), and Regression Analysis. The results of the study were as follows:
1. Female tourists are more than male tourists in numbers. Most of them are between 30-39 years old and their educational level are mainly college. In addition, they are primarily freelancers.
2. The performances of the tourist attraction, the experiential value, and the revisit intentions of the “Mituo Milkfish Cultural Festival” were all more than satisfied.
3. There is a noticeable age difference on the tourist attraction of the “Mituo Milkfish Cultural Festival”.
4. The experiential value is obviously different when it came to age or educational level diversion.
5. It is visible that the tourist attraction, the experiential value, and the revisit intentions positively affect one another. In addition, the experiential value is the intervening variable of the touring attraction to the revisit intention.
Last but not least, based on the above conclusions, some suggestions are made for management as well as future researches.
