Obviously, beginning a new business is not easy; However, The low gate of the catering industry still is preferred for young to start business.This case is the first restaurant in Taiwan as the themed of mahimahi.The founder started from scratch, After many changes in the environment, it survived and transformed, continued to create high reputation and good reputation.
This study is based on case studies, the research object by semi-structured In-depth interviews with the main management team.The research utilized a qualitative approach to analyze the operations using various management analyses approached, e.g., SWOT, 5W2H, and the five major management aspects (PSHRF/BA5).
Production (Products): "products for the King", good products can be natural diffusion.
Sales (Marketing): pay attention to Word-of-mouth marketing with the community and customers.
HR (Personnel): improve work flow and focus on quality, rapid quantitative production can create high output value manpower.
R&D (Research): keep continuously upgrade the value of products to contend with competition.
Financial (Finance): financing capacity early training and pay attention to profitability is fundamental.
Research suggestion: According to the results of the TOWS study, it is recommended that the industry should develop the SO strategy as soon as possible and lay the status within it.
