Study on Photocatalytic Degradation Rhodamine B of Titanium Dioxide Doped with Sulfur and Nitrogen by Sodium Alginate Template / 以海藻膠製備摻雜硫與氮之二氧化鈦球於光降解Rhodamine B性質研究

碩士 / 國立高雄應用科技大學 / 化學工程與材料工程系碩士在職專班 / 106 / In this case study, the precursor solution was prepared by mixing with butyl titanate (Ti(OBu)4), sodium alginate (C6H7O6Na)n), magnetic powder, and thiourea (CH4N2S) to synthesis sulfur and nitrogen co-doped TiO2 micro/nano-microspheres via sol-gel method .
The precursor was injected into the zinc nitrate hexahydrate (Zn(NO3)2˙6H2O) and stay overnight. The as-prepared spheres was calcined at 550℃ for 3 hrs to remove the polymer parts.
The sulfur and nitrogen co-doped TiO2 micro/nano- spheres were characterized by thermogravimetric analyzer, Scanning electron micros-copy, X-ray diffraction, ultraviolet/visible absorption spectroscopy, N2 adsorption/desorption. The photocatalytic activities of sulfur and nitro-gen co-doped TiO2 microspheres under UV light were estimated by measuring the degradation rate of Rhodamine B in aqueous solution.
These results indicated that the energy gap of porous sulfur and ni-trogen co-doped titanium dioxide is 1.85 eV. The sulfur and nitrogen co-doped titanium dioxide showed the degradation rate is 90%.
