碩士 / 國立高雄應用科技大學 / 資訊管理系碩士在職專班 / 106 / With the world trade growing increasingly international, Taiwan’s container transportation by sea is playing an unneglectable role in current transportation industry. To maintain the competitive advantage for a long time, in addition to possessing certain advantages in price, it is most important is to improve the service quality and customer satisfaction continuously, thus able to ensure the sustainable development of an enterprise.
In this study, exploration is made specific to the development of Taiwan’s transportation industry by sea and the small-batch goods collection model is developed and established specially for the Mini-Three-Links ship route operation between Kinmen and Xiamen to provide a door-to-door one-stop international transportation service so as to enter the international market successfully. It is hoped that the ambiguous difficult position of the traditional process can be solved through the electronization and it can move towards the service process integration and transformation so that the service indexes can be greatly improved and the industry practitioners and logistic businesses can also effectively reduce their operation costs to improve the overall logistic and operation value of the ocean freight forwarding industry.
In summary, this study is to establish a set of integrated “small-batch goods collection system” with the goods owners in Taiwan.The study objects expect to find out the benefits of system importing and logistic establishment, which are listed below:
1. Discuss and analyze the factors of establishing an integrated logistics system
2. Provide the basis in favor of guiding enterprises to invest innovation for Taiwan’s industrial development and they are helpful for the enterprises and subsequent researchers.
