碩士 / 國立高雄應用科技大學 / 高階經營管理研究所碩士在職專班 / 106 / Few studies have been done to investigate the factors that may influence the willingness of women in the community who intend to receive training for a second profession. Through practical experience in implementation of the flagship project, this study mainly explores the factors affecting the willingness to receive training, i.e., the influence of attitudes towards training, perceived usefulness and perceived benefits from the training.
In this study, a total of 187 valid questionnaires were recovered from trainees in various communities participating in the flagship project. From the regression analysis results, it is found that the perceived usefulness and the perceived benefits from the training can positively support the willingness to receiving training. The trainees’ attitudes towards training may exert the mediating effects on the perceived usefulness and the perceived benefits from the training, thus influencing their willingness to receive training.
