The Relationship between Personality Traits, Organizational Culture and Organizational Effectiveness: A Case Study of Employees of the Southern District Patrol Defense Bureau of the Taiwan Coast Guard / 人格特質、組織文化與組織效能之關聯性 -以海巡署南部地區巡防局員工為例

碩士 / 高苑科技大學 / 經營管理研究所 / 106 / This study aims to verify in the southern research sea patrol agency scout bureau staff person's personality traits and organizational culture, for the organization of the impact of organizational effectiveness, to can then know how to from the southern sea patrol agency scout bureau employees' personality traits and two aspects of organizational culture to improve organizational effectiveness, to help organize management and achieve organization performance.
This study in southern sea patrol agency guard bureau staff to send a questionnaire object, consider sea patrol personnel and regular business characteristics, the design of the questionnaire for this study empirical data collection tool, and USES the convenience sampling study samples to send, and gather. Sent a total of 300 questionnaires, and finally recovered and 243 valid samples, effective questionnaire recovery rate was 81%.
The analysis of the relevant research data by SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 21.0 follow-up data analysis tool for the study. Analyze project: descriptive statistics, letter validity analysis, sample t test, ANOVA, with moderate verification and the validation research hypothesis.
Finally, this study suggests that the future organization staff to mobilize members should consider on personality traits, the other optimum arrangement, he was able to play their own potential, effectively become a part of organization operation for organization to bring greater efficiency and performance targets. In addition, the organization should be emphatically build and strengthen quality organizational culture, as an invisible impetus to organizational effectiveness, improve organizational efficiency and organizational core purpose, so that the organizational culture to organizational effectiveness as growth and sustainable development of elements, rather than a block element.
