碩士 / 康寧大學 / 休閒管理研究所 / 107 / Scenic area is a narrow tourist destination, but also the actual tourist viewing, shopping, entertainment and other sightseeing activities. However, the current decrees on both sides of the Taiwan Straits do not clearly define scenic spots and the types of national scenic spots, thus resulting in a considerable number of equal national scenic areas, such as the establishment of laws and regulations, as well as the name of scenic spots, such as Taiwan's "National Scenic Area", "National Forest Recreation Area" and other mainland China's "" National Scenic Area,"5A Tourist Attractions" and even world-class scenic spots, such as Taiwan's "World Heritage Potential Point", Mainland China's "World Heritage Site", "World Geopark". Mainland China due to the vast land area, geographical complex, long history and other factors, created a huge tourism resources, has set up a huge variety of various types of scenic areas, resulting in management of the bed rack house and management difficulties, resulting in tourism development problems. Taiwan Island is not big, but the tourism resources are very rich and very characteristic, many are world-class scenery, sightseeing is one of the overall development prospects of the country in the future, the name of the scenic area confirmation, the unification of definitions, the comprehensive integration of the law and the management of a single window, is the current government urgently need to address the issue of priority. The results of this study show that the types and decrees of scenic spots or equivalent scenic spots are far more complex than in Taiwan. Taiwan's tourist-oriented scenic spots are mainly set up by the Tourism Bureau, and have web pages to display and market, mainland China is mainly the Ministry of Construction's scenic spots and the National Tourism Administration's 5A tourist attractions two categories, the other by the various official departments of legislation set up, but very complex. Mainland China also has World Heritage sites and world-class scenic spots or attractions such as the World Geoparks, due to international certification, as well as related units and management methods. Taiwan also has world-class scenic spots with World Heritage potential, assessed by the Ministry of Culture.
