碩士 / 銘傳大學 / 觀光事業學系碩士班 / 106 / The study aims to examine the impact of international internship program on cross cultural competence, career self-efficacy and employability. To collect data, a questionnaire survey method and convenience sampling were mainly issued completed by college students who complete international internship program. Findings of the study show that satisfaction of international internship significantly affects cross cultural competence and career self-efficacy. Cross cultural competence and career self-efficacy significantly affects employability. Finally, the study results provide reference of international internship systems and operation for Ministry of Education, schools and companies.
