碩士 / 明志科技大學 / 材料工程系碩士班 / 106 / Preparation of hydrophobic silica-based surfaces with high transmittance via sol-gel process by adding polymers into the precursor solution has been developed.Surface roughness of the films were obtained by removing the organic polymer from the organic-inorganic hybrid film at high temperature and then the hydrophobic groups bonded onto the surfaces were obtained by self-assembly modification.In order to realize the relationship between the phase separation of organic/inorganic species and the surface roughness, the hybridation of polymers PEG and alkoxysilane were discussed in this study.The hydrophobic silica-based on surface with high transmittance was also preparedby using silica-PEG hybrid films.The silica-based was annealed, contact angle of the film surface increased from 20 degrees to 130 degrees and transmittance up to 90%. Finally, the hydrophobic silica-based films were investigated by using TEOS and different structures of polymeric species.
