Clearing Sludge in Pond for Institution Resarch / 清除養殖池底汙泥之機構研究

碩士 / 國立勤益科技大學 / 機械工程系 / 106 / Taiwan is located in the subtropical region, its climate and environmental conditions are suitable for the development of aquaculture, aquaculture species has reached more than 100 species. In today's farming techniques,feeds at the bottom of ponds, excrement of living organisms, dead plankton or small foreign body in the air, after continuous accumulation and precipitation,Resulting in deterioration of water quality, can not be effectively and quickly resolved, the industry mostly uses a large amount of water to replace the breeding ponds to maintain a stable water quality,this approach not only increases costs, but only to get temporary relief of a problem, accelerate the depletion of water resources, the effluent wastewater is also polluting rivers and oceans due to its nutrient-richness.
This study is based on a remove sludge principle,can be divided into extract fouling mechanism, filtration mechanism and water storage mechanism.extract mechanism is to use the submersible motor to absorb sludge and sewage at the bottom of the pond and discharged into the filteration mechanism;Filter mechanism Is responsible for filtering the sewage sludge,Through the filter mesh、bio-sponge and filter cotton after multi-layer filtration,then the water discharged;Extract fouling mechanism have a positive effect on the sewage,Water storage mechanism is to store water supply to extract fouling mechanism on the use of high-pressure water jet syringe,After the effect fouling and motor head lift test after the experiment ,The mechanism can indeed achieve the function of removing sludge and impurities from the bottom of aquaculture ponds;And the structure of the simple, easy assembly and storage, suitable for aquaculture operators.
