碩士 / 國立勤益科技大學 / 電子工程系 / 106 / Currently, fishhook wiring manufactories still rely on human operation only. However, increasing labor cost is becoming a big challenge in this industry. For this reason, automatic fishhook wring process can be the best solution. Therefore, the proposed mechanical system aims to design an automatic fishhook wiring mechanism. It contains three major actions: winding, threading and pulling. SoildWorks software is applied to design and simulate the system performance. PLC is used as a core controller that controls pneumatic cylinder, server motor, and DC motor. Human machine interface (HMI) is also designed for friendly operation. The simulation performance results confirm that the proposed is capable of carrying out an automatic fishhook wiring process effectively.
