An Exploratory Study of Job Insecurity and Job Involvement of Bank Employees under the Tide of FinTech / 金融科技浪潮下,銀行從業人員工作不安全感與工作投入之初探性研究

碩士 / 國立成功大學 / 高階管理碩士在職專班(EMBA) / 106 / The aim of this study is to investigate the effect FinTech concept on job insecurity, and job insecurity on Job Involvement. Furthermore, we explore employee characteristics as a moderator of the relationship between FinTech concept and job insecurity, and also examines the moderating effect of employee characteristics on the relationship between job insecurity and job involvement. The judgmental sampling was used in this study. 199 valid questionnaires were retrieved from C bank in Taiwan country. The results of this study are as follows: (1) there is a significant positive effect between FinTech concept and job insecurity, (2) there is a significant negative effect between job insecurity and job involvement, (3) the moderating effect of educational background on FinTech concept and job insecurity is significant positive effect.
